MAP Collaborative Program Manager
Kings View Behavioral Health: MAP (Multi-Agency Access Program) March 2017-Present Duties: *The MAP Collaborative Program Manager will manage the functioning of the multi-site collaborative partnership and maintain oversight of contract compliance while providing multiple layers of resources and supports needed. * Develop and arrange required collaborative staff training per contract. * Maintain positive working relationships with community partners and faith-based entities to provide the sustainability for consumers beyond the linkage episode. *Provides staff monitoring, support, mediation, feedback for performance evaluation, improvement planning, and facilitate in-service training for program staff. * Monitors program outcome measures collect monthly data for Kings View Regional Behavioral Health Director to provide to the County of Fresno DBH analyst.
